What a tube......

.....them striking tube workers got me again tonight. Snuck off early at 4.30pm to avoid the anticipated chaos of the tubes going off at 7pm, to find that 7million Londoners had the same cunning idea. Ho hum, I've missed my flight with all the delays. I'm off to see if I can get another flight. This is the uniquely calm Baker Street; all around was chaos.

Really good day in Holborn. Managed a lunchtime half a shandy and bangers'n'mash at the Princess Louise. That's got to be the prettiest pub on earth and serves superior bangers too.
