Appraisal Time

Organisations show their true culture come appraisal time....obviously these days ther are not called 'Appraisal' (they all have a natty three letter acronym to identify the development opportunities inherant in the process!).

Some companies it's a cursery glance at the year, barely given lipservice to satistfy the requirements of personnel (also now called soemthing else). In others it is a penance that requires wordsmithing and feels like being back at school perfecting an essay. Hence the link to 'Lines!'
