Colorful Character

I met this lady today at a political meting for folks who work for basic rights for Oregon's minority citizens. Being that this is Halloween weekend, I have to note, this is not a costume. I loved her style; especially the hat. I asked if I may take a photo. I am getting so brave :) Not a great shot on my part - but her colorful and open character spoke to me.
