Bridge of Dun

Early morning on route to family in Ayrshire, hoped to catch some of the 65-80,000 geese at the Montrose Basin. As you can see from the top left of the picture I did manage to catch some at the Bridge of Dun, but perhaps not in the thousands,

Bridge of Dun is located on the River South Esk, just west of the Montrose Basin and 4 miles (6 km) east of Brechin. A magnificent three-arched stone bridge which crosses the South Esk here was built 1785-87. Bridge of Dun station is the eastern termination of the Caledonian Railway

I will catch up on comments tomorrow
