Today's the day ..................... of our concert

This is our conductor Alan at the rehearsal this afternoon for our concert tonight. Our choir is joining up with a french choir and we will be singing Faure's Requiem and Vierne's Messe Solennelle. We have sung with the french many times both here and in France - and we always have a great time.

So wish me luck for the concert! I have to go now and get my glad rags on and get back down to the church where the concert will be held.

Afterwards we will have a big Jacob's Join supper with plenty of good french wine - hopefully to celebrate another choral masterpiece ..........!
