Oh yes I did

go up on the stage
to run on a treadmill
for half an hour
in front of TV cameras
so Foxtel (tv ) can pay to Murdoch Childrens Research Institute for each lap I made.

Fortunately the cameras are mostly fixed on Australian next top model, strolling gracefully without a drop of sweat.
I am glad I survived. I must start running again or my poor trainers will sulk.
