Yay for friends, chilli and slippers

Today we have had a brilliant day. The Horrigan family came down to see us. Much chilli was consumed; much bakewell cake was chomped and many cups of tea were drunk. Mostly though we laughed. We always laugh when we get together. We share a lot you see. It's not just a love of photography, but slightly eccentric children, long-suffering husbands, taste in camera bags and even the same size (large) feet...and we both independently bought the same slippers from John Lewis!

We compared cameras, lenses, children and photography books and we nattered our heads off. Fortunately our children and husbands get on like a house on fire too.

She covets Noah's new slippers but sadly they don't come in our size ;-) So this blip is especially for her :-)
