Funnel Cakes

The boys were very pleased to have this for dessert tonight. If only I had some apples or strawberries to put on them, but I made 'do' with what we had on hand. Liam at first said he had filled up on carrots and that he didn't have room in his tummy for funnel cakes....WHAT kid says that? After a while, though, he changed his mind and gobbled one down too.
