Tommy martoes

Drove back from our mini break this morning. Charlie had a dicky fit as he didn't want to leave. He said we needed to stay for more days. It seems giant country retreats are really his thing.

To be fair it wasn't long enough; just a quick break away from the stresses of work (oh the saga with the delivery of the VIP, a tale for tomorrow possibly)

So the drudgery of having to cook again. Raiding the fridge some tomatoes were found. I am slow roasting them for a risotto
