Last night we opened up our hearts tonight we opened up lotus, some words from tonight...

Send your breath to the screaming
Float your body above your mat...not your physical body your energetic body
Don't let the mind take over
Your front right foot and your left back foot
You can just rip the plaster off
Now this is the Scotland I was expecting (it was 4° this afternoon and snow is forecast for tomorrow)

Opening up lotus ... while some of us store our bad stuff behind our heart others store it in our hips. Tonight was full of giggles, tears, some screaming (that was mainly in my head though) and nosebleeds (poor Lynne).
