Last views!

We woke up this morning to our first glimpse of early morning sun for a week. Unfortunately all my attempts at recording the early light were a total disaster!
Once home, the story we were told was that the weather had been much brighter, apparently it's been beautiful in Huddersfield all week, and so unlike the dull leaden grey skies we experienced on the North East coast. But we do love our trips north and I'm sure we'll be back next April.

I arrived at my look-out place above the beach at the same time as this man and his dog. The dog was so pleased to be free and running around that I felt I needed to try and capture some of the joy.
