Looking Up, Looking Down.

Had a wander round Gunwharf Quays this afternoon for a game of bowling. Not wanting to blow my own trumpet, but I won the game, closely followed by Oliver, then Nana, then Emma. Saying that, Emma is six months pregnant, so she is excused. Afterwards, Nana took Oliver to the cinema, allowing me and Emma to enjoy a couple of hours peace. So what better way could I think of to spend the time apart from a quiet drink out in the fresh air. It was time for a small selection of photos for todays blip. Obviously I can only choose one for here, so I've put the rest on flikr.

The Spinaker Tower celebrates its 5th Birthday this year. Now work out this one. It was supposed to open in time for the Millenium celebrations in 2000, but didn't open till 5 years later on. Now, according to my maths, it should now be ten years old. Or am I just being pedantic!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend, enjoying a bit of sunshine. I've heard snow is forecast next week, so we'll see what happens.
