Wow... one week to the big day.. scary stuff!

A lovely day - we went to Montessori this morning, it was really busy and there were lots of friends from our village who haven't been before but are now starting. Katie spent ages playing in the tunnel maze and on the wooden swing.

We headed off after that to collect our friend Sarah who has come to stay for a few days - Katie slept! We straight away went to meet a different friend and all had lunch and drinks at the fab garden centre near us - a wonderful performing opportunity for Katie, with all those grannies as an admiring audience! We explored their Christmas grotto and displays, and were apalled at prices of fake Christmas trees (£200!!) It was then time for cake in the second coffee shop at the garden centre. Katie enjoyed some of the icing from my muffin.

Katie and I left sarah to have a little rest, and we went and met The Cousins. Everyone was home for a cuppa and lots of cuddles for Katie! A very tired Katie fell asleep straight away after bath and milk, and slept impressively well!
