Today at work was spent in two sections.

50% Dealing with customers
25% Dealing with customers online enquiries

25% playing with spreadsheet to get desired results, eventually figured it out - Had to get average number over 6 days (Where some could be blank so had to ignore them) then once that was done for 10 people had to have a seperate spreadsheet that updated itself automatically based on the teams results (And the other few teams using this)

Saved the boss' a lot of work - And it got me "officially" thanked for my dedication and hard work :)
