A horse's eye disquiets me:

it has an expression of alarm that may at any moment be translated into action

Went around the marsh just after sunset and we came upon some of the horses that roam there stopping off for a drink. I had once before taken them with a flash so did so again and hopefully got my desired effect with his eye . If nothing else , another excuse to link to one of my favourite singers Christy Moore that my father Sean introduced me to years ago. Tess and I are off to see Christy at the festival hall in November for our annual pilgrimage.
