Fall colours

My 10th backblip today ;-) Whew. And the last one for a while today. I got up early to get caught up. Now the household is stirring, the sun is out, the ocean is flat and blue, and I am going to spend some time with my adult son.

Loved this image of the kayaks sitting amongst the trees, resting after the season, and mimicking the colours of autumn leaves. Perfect stillness and repose, a harbinger of the shorter days to come. A last splash of brilliance.
