An apple a day

My nose hasnt stopped running since i got back from my soaking on the football pitch earlier this evening so i'm hoping that by eating this cored little beauty that Cohen left over from his tea i will wake tomorrow and show no signs of a cold at all.

i personally think the browness will only enhance its magical healing qualities....
