Line on line

I was taken by the pattern and dimensionality of this image, the shapes and contours that look like industrial pipe and its fittings. It is an extreme closeup of a black and white photgraph hanging on the wall in our hotel in Calgary. One of many such images that are mass produced and depict details of doors or windows taken somewhere in the world. I got lost in the image and tried to find a way to capture the dimensionality and other worldliness that is there if you let go of "what you know" the image to be and explore what it evokes.
