Leicestershire are obviously trying to get the message across to irresponsible dog owners about scooping the poop...
Every jacket I put on has poo bags in the pockets....force of habit.
I did actually offer one once to a guy who`s dog had just done a jobbie on the pavemant, he smiled sweetly and kicked the mess into the road
