Revisiting Teddy Bear Picnic

This blip photo is from our morning trip to 'Teddy Bear Picnic'. We haven't been there since Landon started kindergarten, so I figured since the kids are on Fall Break it would be nice to go again. He had some nice 'free play' time at the gym and since it's for ages 5 & under only, Loren and Liam occupied themselves on their electronic devices while watching Landon.

Afterwards I treated them all to a frozen yogurt before heading back home. I did a whole lot more laundry from camping and then did a mini-photo shoot with the boys in the back yard to try to win a session with a favorite local photographer. She was offering her last session of the year if we took a picture of our family that had her name somewhere in the picture. Once the pictures from entrants are uploaded to Facebook, the winner for this free session/pictures will be the one with the most votes. I had my boys each make a picture to hang around their neck, each one having one of the words from her photography name. Then they stood out back and 'flexed' for the camera. Even the dog had a word hanging from his neck (but he didn't flex). I had entended on having them all in one picture, but the dog wouldn't cooperate so I pieced their 4 pictures together to spell out the name. Oh well, whatever works!

We spent our time in the evening catching up on the taped episodes of the new Survivor and once the kids went to bed we watched the movie 'Date Night'. It was hilarious!
