Stairs

This isn't the prettiest or most stylish staircase but it is usually a relief when I see this view - I'm on my way out to the car park and home.

Before you start being impressed at me using the stairs instead of the lift, you ought to know that I work on the 1st floor so even I can manage to walk it. I do get the lift up to the 9th floor coffee bar, but have been known to walk back down again.

I do work in a particularly ugly building, you've already seen the outside in this blip here. It's freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer which doesn't help. But it is a friendly place to work, the people I work with are great, we all get on very well AND I've got a parking space - so it really isn't a bad place to be!
