Autumn Rose

I love Autumn! The gradual change of colours in the landscape, the nip in the air, the harvest and my birthday. It often turns windy, and I love the idea of flying kites, although haven't in the last few years, maybe this is something to aim for this Autumn.

I went for a stroll in the Botanical gardens with hubster this afternoon. He ran 20 hilly miles yesterday and can only walk at a painfully slow pace, poor thing. We discussed pain, endurance and Eddie Izzard's marathon runs.
