Jamie

Jamie has been my best friend for 29 years, ever since we shared a flat at university in Edinburgh, No. 12 Leven Terrace to be precise. He was our best man (and chauffeur) at our wedding 20 years ago in July, and I reciprocated precisely exactly 20 years ago yesterday! So Happy 20th Anniversary to Jamie and Therese who are still happily married and living in The Hague wth their two beautiful daughters!

Jamie is here for a boys' weekend which I host every second year in Barcelona; the others (the motley part of the crew) are arriving tomorrow from Edinburgh via Newcastle having succumbed to the French air controllers strike today. Time will tell if they are blippable or not!
