Morning of the Last Day

...of my course in Miami, that is. I can't believe that the realisation of so much intense planning and creative design is complete and the participants are all en route home more than content. I'd forgotten how much energy is consumed in delivering three days of training, especially when it is a brand new design and you have to make sure your two fellow facilitators, less close to the detail, are ready for their sessions!

Now I'm about to leave for the airport and a 10pm flight to Rio. Looking forward to seeing DD and her new look!
