Victoria Legislature and moon

It started with the green light in fountain in front of the Legislature. I wanted to try and capture the green light and blur the water in the fountain. Maybe with the lights blurred in the background. Once I started experimenting, I saw the larger picture with the moon lining up over the building. The overall picture was much more dramatic than I expected. I have never had much luck capturing detail in moon pictures, so you will have to believe me that the light in the sky is the moon. >;-p
