DAY 15: Quote a Quote!
Late Blip! =(
Anyways, the theme for today is Quote a Quote. I steered on blipping my favorite quote and find a suitable picture to go with it but as I paced through the streets of King George today, I saw this unusual text on the wall...
as the sounds of a broken city speaks riddles; minor symphonies of secret hearts
I didn't think twice. I immediately took a couple of shots and pondered on it as I walked home. I decided to Google it because i thought it's from a song or a poem or riddles from a famous author or writer. But I was surprised that I saw just a few links and all bulged me to Tel-Aviv. So it means, somebody from Tel-Aviv made this. I saw a Flickr link which was taken November of 2009, same place where I took this photo. What surprised me the most was I found the link of theopenend and I found the artist there! Aggg! He did fantastic things with papers!!!!! I could not really understand but if you check the link, you'll see the last picture of him with text written on the wall. Same handwriting with one I posted. I think, this text is a riddle written on hidden walls of the streets of Tel-Aviv. I KNOW IT'S WRITTEN ALL OVER TEL-AVIV! and I have to find it!
Ate Cora said Thank You to everybody who gave beautiful comments on her picture. Though she didn't like that picture very much. hehe. She will let me take another shot of her in the near future. *I hope* :D
