Fat cat wont jump !

Fat cat is resting. He was outside exercising..... well he went to do no. 1 or no. 2 in our flowerbed :s

I dont know really what do to with him anymore. He is just growing and growing and growing. I´m afraid that I will have to wipe his butt if he continues to be so fat :(
I feed him on the floor and the skinny cat on the table (fat cat wont jump on the table). I´ve bought really expensive diet food for him and I try to get him to move his ass !!!
If he was a human I would buy him a gym membership....... or liposuction :p
