Wild pizza night....

Terry went off to hunt for Chanterelle mushrooms which he found in abundance down by one of the cabins....so, they are being used on our homemade pizza tonight!!! I have to admit to being a 'wild mushroom' virgin....never tried them....not even in my hippy dippy crazy days.....always been a bit of a coward when it comes to ingesting something i don't entirely know about!!! So, this could be an interesting pizza evening!

It has been a wet and blustery day here (i mention this because apparently, according to my 'statistics' i mention weather 137% more than the rest of you!) .....but we did open the kiln....and the butter dishes are sweet.....tomorrow i'll blip them before i put them out for sale, of course i'll keep the one i made special for Oldmills aside....it is the very best one in the kiln.... I hope He likes it !
