Annie Turns 7!

Started the morning with my health issues, so I had to call Paola this morning to replace me in my class. So glad she was available to take over and I really appreciated the cute cards she had the girls make me.

But....I was not going to let it hold me back from the fun birthday party we had planned to attend. It was my niece, Annie's, 7th birthday celebration! My sis and her three girls, Annie being the youngest, live about 45 minutes away. It is always nice to get together whenever we have the chance. Annie is such a cutie! The blip photo is of her in the pool. Her party theme this year was monkeys, so it was really difficult to choose which photo to pick for my blip since I had several 'monkey' photos to choose from with her in it. She had a fondant cake in the shape of a monkey with cute little pink and green polka-dots everywhere. I think her favorite gift of the day was the Calico Critters house she received from her grandparents, with the pink sock monkey a close second . :P
