'Another Place'

We were orienteering on the sand dunes at Formby today and decided to visit Antony Gormley's 'installation' at Crosby called 'Another Place'. 100 cast iron figures were placed along the beach several years ago. It's some time since our last visit so it was good to see them with the tide in (it was very far out last time) and also intriguing to see how deep some of them have already gone into the sand in different parts of the beach. Anyone interested in tidal ebb and flow could make this a good basis for a study!
