I've got my eye on you!

This is Sophia Sparkles pouncing on her new toy mouse!

She is of course very brave when she's playing with a toy mouse that can't fight back. She is now the proud owner of two of these little critters, courtesy of my daughter.

They're great fun (for her) keep her entertained for ages. They run on batteries, so can keep going for a loooooong time. That's not a problem, I can hear you say, and no it's not except[, they also make noises. That's right, strange high-pitched whistles, purring, chattering and the best one yet when one of them says "I'm coming in" Or at least that's what it sounds like.

Now you may say aww that's cute, or isn't that sweet, and it is for about the first 10mins, but then you feel like you just might have to pick it up and put it down the toilet!

No, I'm only joking, although it's not all that funny in the middle of the night, just as you're dropping off to sleep, to hear this thing go whizzing around downstairs, giving wolf whistles etc.

Oh, and it didn't take her long to discover that all she had to do was to put her paw on the back of the toy and off it would go.
