Chasing waterfalls

Waterfalls by TLC

We rode up to the forest park of Mambucal by the foothills of an active volcano this overcast afternoon. We stopped by a small kiosk to refresh ourselves with water and as I stooped down the river I saw this curious dog seemingly chasing the waterfalls. The water that streams through it comes from a sulphuric spring that has, according to some, healing properties. Quite a few tourists visit and immerse themselves in the warm and "boiled egg-like" scent of the waters.

As I watched the rapids the song by TLC came to mind.
