Lazy day, busy spider

Went to the park in the morning, made it home before the rain, had lunch and, err, that was kind of the day gone.

Lunch was one of those quite epic affairs that you feel will only end when someone goes to bed (which was kind of how it went, though the one who went to bed was quite wee). Delicious too. After lunch we embarrassed the kids a bit with karaoke and, when they'd all run away to bed for the shame of seeing their idiot parents prancing about the living room, we carried on and with each passing hour became more convinced of our excellent voices, timing and delivery. No really, I think we'll be the next big thing.

I've always hated the idea of karaoke and shied away from it, so surprised myself by being a bit of a microphone hog.
