Chuck's

Labor Day morning and we started our day at Chuck's. The boys had never eaten there since the last time we went the line was too long. For whatever reason, we got in at the perfect time...the only time I'd ever been there where we didn't have to wait. We sat down and then people started coming. It is a VERY small, but popular local diner and so basically people watch you eat so they can grab your table when you're done! I would say that is the only downfall. Loren managed to make his way through about 2 plate-sized pancakes, Liam made his way through a ham & cheese omelette and Landon ate about half of ONE pancake. Their servings sizes are huge...I guess that's the American way.

After everyone was full and happy, we went and picked up Liam's friend Cody and headed to Nana & Papa's clubhouse pool for one of the boys last swims of the summer. They had a nice time swimming & playing croquet and wore themselves out just in time for Gary to head over to his Fantasy Football Draft. He is the commissioner of the league and this year they were meeting to choose their players at Round Table Pizza. Can't believe it's that time of year again. The Draft trading was already happening on Day 1...I'm in for a long season :)
