European Championship qualifications.
We've never made it to any tournament. The start at these qualifications could not have been any worse - we lost to Moldova.
And in the second game we faced the Netherlands, second at the World Cup 2010. No points coming to us. At least so I thought.
Klaas-Jan Huntelaar just scored his second goal on this game on this picture. We were going to be beaten.
But then something happened. Mikael Forssell scored our first goal in these qualifications. And then he had few more better than good chances. We had total of three excellent chances.
The team is rather young. There are big potential in this team. I'm sure that one day they will make it to either of the tournaments.
By the way, I decided to blip the telly, as we're having a plan to get rid of it. If forgetting the world cup (and this game) and the Olympics, I have probably opened the television roughly ten times during the last 7 months. No worth having the ugly piece of furniture in our living room.
