a flower

I don't know what the flower is. Anyhow, it is beautiful.

We got it yesterday from my parents when they came for a quick visit. We went to the nearby coffee shop for a light supper.


There's nothing to say on this day. Work as usual. Being on the gym, in Elixia Power (kind-of BodyPump), is fun and makes me feel good. And the best of it, my muscles enjoy the work and they are not sore afterwards. It seems that I am in the fit of my life!
