Richard, reading.....

It was a beautiful day here, lots of going on and folks coming and going....finally, as the sun was setting, everything returned to that tranquil peaceful place.....I spent a few hours in the kitchen cleaning and destocking the basil plant (one of 3 we have in the garden) and made a huge batch of delicious pesto. I've got them freezing in their little ice cube trays.....next step is to put them into plastic bags and pop them back into the freezer, at the ready whenever we have pizza or pasta!!!
