Trailing blossoms

This pretty tree is on the edge of our creek amongst daffodils, hyacinths and other greenery. The buds were tight on the tree last week but over the weekend have really opened. A strange day with no school. Two of our staff have badly damaged homes so a distressing time for them. Back on deck tomorrow and try and work out what lies ahead. We are lucky that our families did not suffer badly. However staff in other schools will no doubt have very anxious children to deal with.
