...so she's a fraction more than 23, but she doesn't often act her age.

Beautiful weather in the inspiring capital today. Popped out at lunchtime to meet EcoDad and TFP for a cup of chai and some fat chewing and the odd image or two; in the end we contended ourselves with the first two.

Final run this evening before my 10K on Sunday. A gentle 4k in 25mins in the 19C warmth.....hoping it'll be a little cooler on Sunday.

I think a night in front of BBC2 awaits once Owen is to bed. It's been a long but enjoyable week.
