Waimakariri River

I'm in Tauranga tonight, having first travelled to Hamilton.

This is the Waimakariri River, just North of Christchurch. When rain falls in the Southern Alps, some becomes this river. Some runs through underground acquifiers and is naturally filtered until it pops out the tap in my kitchen 80 to 120 years later.
