A kind and curious cow

Not far away from our house we have a pasture with cows.
Today I stopped at this pasture and meanwhile I took some pictures of this curious cow the farmer and his wife came to collect the cows for milking.
We talked a little while about the cows of course. In the future we might see cows without horns, the farmer said, because without horns the cows take lesser space and they can't hurt each other.
This sounds terrible in my ears!
Most of the farmer's cows have unusual names for a cow, for instance Dotty, a dotted cow. Pippi by Pippi Longstocking. One cow has the name Finish because the cow came from Finland.
It was really nice to talk to them but I saw the cows became a bit restless - they wanted to go home of course and so did I.
