A day nearly missed
Wednesday night my mother in-law and father in-law flew in from Phoenix to stay with us a few days. So today was a day of more cleaning and preparing for our son's birthday party on Saturday after I got off of work of course.
I spent the entire evening working on the Mad Hatter's hat and bloodied my fingers several times in the process. It's never a good idea to rush when there are needles involved. By the end of the night, I suddenly realized I hadn't even taken one photo all day.
So I ventured outside with my flash and no tripod (aka. 1600 ISO). The boys were sound asleep, and I needed some fresh air.
I think photography is my form of meditation.
