i went out to lunch with a high school friend today and we talked about where we're going in the future. she's staying at home and commuting for college and i'm going away. we both have to deal with leaving though. after, we visited our high school and were told that some of the guys in our class pulled a prank on the school by putting picnic tables up on the roof that said "GOOD LUCK FROM 2010". i had to laugh :)

my family and i went out on the boat again tonight. it was quite a pleasant evening and i enjoyed the shot that i took of the island. i'm going to miss waking up to the sight of it every morning.
