Moon Gate

This is the moon gate at the Chateau-sur-Mer. According to the guide, the stone contains magnesium, which reacted with the guns that men were wearing under their dress, billowing out the dress, so that people would see that he was carrying a gun. I haven't been able to verify that on the internet yet though.. but interesting story :)

My legs are all swollen from mosquito bites yesterday.. think I'll stay in the hostel's back yard for a while and cool my legs with some ice cubes.. hope that will help.

It is so beautiful here, that I am considering applying to the local university, Salve Regina ;)
