the first fishing trip in Kafue National Park involved the kids catching tiddlers (one of whom jumped out of the bowl and flipped its way back down to the river) and the adults keeping a nervous eye out for crocs.

we found this weird green thing in the middle of one of the tiddlers. cb1 had happily cut its head off, to make more bait. for a squeamish girl, she can have a very strong stomach sometimes....

went on a game drive and saw nothing at all

spent the rest of the day telling the kids not to go in the long grass - crocs, lions, etc etc
