Friday night on the town

After a short walk in the park with Gulliver, we went to Corky and Lenny's Delicatessen on Chagrin Blvd for pastrami and corned beef sandwiches and matzo ball soup. Yum! Then just down the road a few blocks we stopped for some shopping at Trader Joe's, and ended the evening with ice cream at East Coast Custard on Brainard Road (I thought of you, Tookie). The moon was almost full and just above the horizon, and the temperature was around 67 degrees. Oh, and after Trader Joe's we popped into the Barnes and Noble bookstore to pick up The Girl Who Played With Fire, the second volume of Steig Larsson's trilogy. It was a perfect evening!
