Almost Ripe?

Felt a bit lost today as Thursdays were the day that I spent with my grandson - taking him to nursery in the morning, picking him up, having lunch with friends then swimming lesson and then best of all - trip to the delicious ice-cream shop in town. But now he is in P1 all that has come to an end and I need to focus on new things to do instead of just wasting time doing nothing.

My mother had an emergencu trip to the doctor as she was in agony with neck and shoulder pain. Hope this settles down for Saturday as it is her 81st birthday and we are having a family day out.

As you can see here the apples in the garden are almost ripe - need some more sunshine (ever hopeful of an Indian summer)!
