Rain stopped play

Today, I was going to venture out again into the Peak District but the rain scuppered that idea. Instead we went to see The Expendables, starring every major action star of the 1980s.

Here is a baseball that I bought yesterday. It was not cheap, but I was drawn to it. The owner of the antiques shop said it was from the 1930s, but I haven't a clue. I bought it as I just liked it.

If anyone knows anything about these then I would be really interested to hear.
