Drop & Clover

Another macro photo today...

This time a drop of dew on a leaf of clover taken with the Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro with 68mm of extension tubes. Since the camera was literally sitting on the ground to attain this angle of view, I used a right-angle adaptor on my viewfinder to frame and focus the scene. Yes, I suppose I could have used the Live View feature on the Canon EOS 5D MKII, but I still would have been rubbing my cheek in the grass to see everything on the screen.

Now that I have seen it on my monitor, I will likely attempt this shot again with some minor adjustments to the exposure and composition.
