With mountains like these

Poooof

Uncontrolable sneezing going on here. Betty, Mrs P, little Agu and I have resorted cupboards and parted with a myriad of plastic items and old sheets. What is it about textiles that is so sentimental?, I asked myself, as Betty and I removed a moth ridden foot rest from the clutches of my mother. Yes, it belonged to my brother when he was little, and I felt a little horrid saying, "Yes, but you haven't kept his nappies have you?", and then I had to put an old blanket of Ben's into the charity bag. Heart wrenching stuff, but I just watched a little of what is happening in Pakistan, and lost all urge to hang on.

So the rain kept us in a little, (this was a rare moment for Agu testing his wellies again), and our efforts are not visible, but there is a washing machine that works and plans ahead for a smoother running house for mum. She'll love us for it eventually.

Atchoo.
